the amenities like the wet floor bathroom equipped with a shower chair and handrails were perfect for my needs. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room, and the air conditioning made it easy to relax. the staff were exceptionally friendly and expedited the cleaning process, allowing me to check in earlier than usual. overall, the cleanliness and comfort made for a wonderful stay.

The Quest building in Mount Eden is modern, clean, and spacious. the studio was well-presented, with daily servicing and good kitchen amenities, including a washer and dryer. Parking was secure and easy to access. the location was central, perfect for exploring, and the complimentary coffee machine was a nice touch.

Lack of parking availability. Off-street options were limited.

This place is perfectly situated near shopping centers and fantastic restaurants in the Mount Eden area. Staying in Mount Eden is a good choice with lots to explore and enjoy.

I was delighted with the cozy and charming decorations at the hotel. The common areas had a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with well-lit hallways and conveniently located handrails. It made it much easier for me to navigate around the property comfortably.

I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior guests during late hours. Sometimes, the children working there appeared overwhelmed with the late-night requests, causing delays and inconvenience.

Easy check-in/out, spotless room, good facilities. Free street parking available. Nice unit with everything needed, including washing machine, TV with chrome cast. After hours check-in process could be improved. Close to Powerstation. New decor and very clean, fresh towels provided.
